“Holi celebrated amid joy, laughter, bustle and pure merriment”.
Holi is the festival of colours, is a celebration of joy, unity and happiness. It is a festival which is celebrated with the religious belief in mythological stories including the one of Holika and Prahalad.
On 13th March, 2017, the day of colours was celebrated by all the Shigallians with both gaiety and piety.
Music was in the air as the joy and happiness of the festival was being shared. Colored water, Gulal, Dance, Sweets and Exchange of Happy Hugs indeed made the festival of ‘Holi’ memorable for the entire Shigallian community.
Undoubtedly, the festival of Holi further added colour to the already colourful ‘day to day’ lives Shigallians lead in a highly educative environment.
